This is the worst product I have ever bought in my entire life. I don't recommend anyone to buy it. I feel so offended by the seller that I won't even mention my worst enemy. Before using Zero Water, I really made sure I understood how to assemble the unit and how often to change the filter; the manufacturer recommends changing it every 3-5 months, i immediately noticed that something was wrong, since the interval between 3 and 5 months was very long. After reading many reviews from different sources I finally bought this one along with 4 new filters. I used a Pur filter jug which was ok but filtered worse than the Zero. I wasn't sure how long the Zero filters would last. They are significantly more expensive than Pur so I wasn't sure how economical it would be. My family loves it and we love Zero Water. This is our second (we broke the first - explanation below). Love the capacity of the storage area and the fact that we can add a lot of water to filter, walk away and go back to filtered water. We have a smaller jug with zero water, and the room's capacity to filter water means you had to add water multiple times to get a full jug.
