As a result of using this product, I found that it constantly lagged and froze during my important virtual meetings, which made it almost impossible to participate meaningfully. The only pro is that it's compatible with most computers. Unfortunately, the cons greatly outweighed the pros in terms of reliability and effectiveness. I do not recommend this product for anyone looking for a smooth and seamless virtual conference experience.
