As others have said. The LED works great. The important part though, the collar isn't. It doesn't stay stretched out. They said they are releasing a new collar and LED and that this solved the collar tightening issue. I must say that the new collar is very good! Not only is the LED housed in a nicer LED strip package, but the main problem I had is completely solved. My dog loves the new night walks now that it's getting hotter outside and I can see him perfectly letting him roam the park. Quality 5/5: The collar appears to be of very good quality. I found the material in the collars more comfortable but to be honest for this price point it's amazing. LED 4/5: does exactly what it should. I haven't seen it in extended use though and haven't had to charge it yet as it has been charging so time will tell. Customer Service 6/5: They were very responsive and wanted to make sure they were listening to their customers and trying to make things right. . I rarely see companies doing this unless you chug and chug, and even then sometimes they do nothing. So it was nice to see that they really wanted to make sure that they take care of their customers. Dog 5/5: I'm glad he can go off leash again at night as I can see where he is. Overall I would recommend this for those who are on the fence based on the reviews. It was updated on April 21st and I am very impressed. I will try to update the LED quality in the future.
