I've recently noticed that my Secret underarm deodorant for women isn't working as well as it used to. how did i know Well, when I washed the shirts, the pit stains and lingering smell were my first and second clues. I've heard that you can develop "resistance" to food over time, or maybe it was hormonal changes? Who knows? All I knew was that I had to fix this situation. The high ratings and reviews for this product made me order Dove Clinical Protection. Here's my verdict: 1. Moisture Reduction: Excellent sweat reduction. I have noticed that the moisture marks on my dark colored shirts are much less than before. Note: I live in Arizona and it's already 110+ degrees here. So my test in this regard was in extreme conditions and the results are all the more impressive.2. Odor reduction: Excellent results - even after a long day there is no noticeable body odor and even at the end of the day you can still smell a light scent that is very appealing3. Chalk stains on clothes: great results - I used to struggle with white chalk stains on the bottom of my shirt when I got dressed after applying deodorant. That doesn't happen at Dove Clinical Protection. And there are no marks on the inner seam line of the armpits. I very much welcome this change! 4. Cost: The cost seems high to me and the amount of product per container is small. When you first get a new dispenser, you need to turn the bottom knob until the creamy deodorant is sufficiently pushed through the holes in the applicator cap. You have to turn the knob quite a bit before the first total comes up. I'm guessing it's less than half full. And for me, the amount I spread to cover both armpits seems to empty the container quickly. My estimate at the moment is that a container could last 3 weeks but probably no longer. At nearly $7.00 per container, this can be costly for one person. Conclusion: I like the performance, but I don't like the small quantity per container and the higher price. You must decide if your need for this quality product is worth the cost. At the moment my answer is YES - and I've ordered 4 more to have on hand.
