Review on OSRAM SYLVANIA 64250 Bipin Halogen by Aaron Martz

I never thought it would be difficult to order a replacement bulb for my video light. but when my only lightbulb blew out, I found that it had no markings. The best guess I made turned out to be the wrong size bulb. I wrote to them about the exchange. At the time of writing this we still haven't figured out which bulb I need to replace (solely due to my lack of time, not theirs), but THE COMPANY and their CUSTOMER SERVICE have been outstanding. Amanda was very kind and very patient with me. I really appreciate your help in solving the lightbulb mystery! I'm sure we'll find out all of this soon.
