Our Director of Marketing at AudienceBloom has been responsive, detailed oriented about our marketing needs. We have implemented several campaigns for both paid advertising online as well as social media posts. Their team of professionals are always easy to reach via email or phone calls during any time-of day so you never feel like there is no one who can be reached when needed! The biggest challenge we currently face from their side which isn't necessarily marketing related but moreso internal organization for efficient collaboration between multiple clients at this point. It's difficult sometimes since each client might need slight tweaking for certain platforms depending on what we're working towards. Overall, very solid people who will listen carefully then do exactly what they told us to complete all parts together seamlessly (both internally). Collaboration across teams within same org for specific projects. The team has great experience and understands what our goals are for our digital marketing strategy. They were able to execute quickly and effectively at every step of the process! Very clear communication about next steps and timelines. Would highly recommend them! We’ve seen significant change since starting this engagement — we have more leads coming into the funnel from multiple channels than ever before.
