Updated 19 February 2015 below and handy. I love that the armrests can be raised because I can sit Indian style and I can lift them up to tuck completely under the table when not in use. Lower back support is great, looks like it should be a pilot. a seat on an X-Wing fighter (possibly for an attack aircraft of the appropriate color). I've just started using it, so I'll be updating it in a while to make sure I'm giving as accurate a review as possible. I'm pretty picky about these things. Pros: - Cool color - Firm but not too hard pillow with good lumbar support - Armrests at the perfect height to ergonomically support my arms and wrists while I work (I'm 5ft 6in). if that matters) and the folding function is fairly easy but the ingenious assembly is fairly easy and comes with fairly easy to read instructions in pictures, assembled in about 15-20 minutes with minimal effort - the wheels roll easily and I love that textured plastic leg rests on each of the legs since that's where I usually put my legs. After assembling, the top and bottom are well fixed, it won't fall apart when I need to pack and transport it. Arrived in perfect condition, no scratches or scuffs so good packaging. -White is quite easy to get dirty, it left faint dirty fingerprints when assembled. g that, but that's not really a point of criticism from the manufacturer, I chose white, knowing full well that that can happen. Since this is coated leather, it should be easy to clean. Now all I need is a computer tower to fit in and I'll be installed. Update 02/19/2015 I have had this chair for over a year now. Actually, this happened to me during my move to Iceland. Now that I've had it for a while I understand its quality better. The incline adjustment knob wasn't broken, but since the instructions weren't clear, I didn't realize I had to pull the height adjuster. unlocking lever. The company were very helpful when I called to find this out and possibly unnecessarily exchanged me for a new chair due to a mistake on my part, but they were very friendly. Pros after a year of use: - The leather is still in great condition, the white is not as dirty as I expected - Most of the mechanisms still work - Still looks like a Stormtrooper. not even a battle damaged Stormtrooper but a shiny new one as I clean things up from time to time so next point: - Low maintenance. Cons: - The seat cushion has become quite flat. I can't fault it, I'm not very heavy but I'm not light either and I've used this chair a lot since I've had it. I'm still slightly disappointed and still looking for a desk chair that feels like I'm sitting on a cloud forever. Can't exist The joint on my right arm that I use to lift it has become loose and while it hasn't completely fallen off or broken yet, I'm worried it will. I don't know what to do with it as I've removed it and tightened the screw several times but it always ended up loosening. The left hand is fine. All in all still a very good deal for the price if you don't mind adding an extra pillow after about six months of heavy use. I downgraded the rating to four stars due to a dangling arm that appeared about 8 months after normal use. If it were possible, I would bet 4.5.
