Well, he lived a year until the disappointment reached the point that you need for a rating. For the past 6 months, the chair has been lowering itself, requiring the height to be adjusted several times a day. Now the right arm seems to be getting so weak that I'm afraid it will fall off. Every time I buy a chair I increase the amount in my favour, they all seem like a HUGE disappointment for the year.

Comfortable chair and WHITE! I love that I can sit cross-legged in this chair! After adjusting the handle on the bottom, it becomes MUCH easier to lean back in this chair. It definitely ties my whole room together and I couldn't be happier! Oh when you put this together if you are using a drill press make sure you don't over tighten those hex screws, I removed one but was able to get it out with needle nose pliers. I'll update this post in a year to let you all know how it held up!

I was very happy with this chair! I liked the aesthetics of the chair. Out of the box, the wheelbase was chipped and poorly covered. The height adjuster cover was so cheaply made (thin plastic)! Not a super comfortable chair for a relatively high price. I know mid-range office chairs cost around $200, but I had an IKEA office chair that was just as comfortable for less money. The seat supports my butt well, but the back of the chair has no support, is unadjustable, and is stiff. I'm 5'2", so maybe it's for taller people and just hitting the wrong part of my back. I've had this chair for about 6 months now and I love it! I'm posting this review for a reason and that's because I've noticed that the hubcaps are starting to crack and fall off leaving a mess everywhere. I use the chair in my work office so it moves around a lot throughout the day. The wheels are covered in a black vinyl material that appears to be falling apart. Updated 19 February 2015 below and handy. I love that the armrests can be raised because I can sit Indian style and I can lift them up to tuck completely under the table when not in use. Lower back support is great, looks like it should be a pilot. a seat on an X-Wing fighter (possibly for an attack aircraft of the appropriate color).
