Here is my 2-3 year update. When I first bought this chair everything was fine. Of course I was excited, but I needed a good chair for long sitting sessions. This chair is wrong. In a short time (about a year) the cushion in the seat itself became very flat. I need to have a pillow or blanket underneath to make it bearable. It gets dirty very easily. Yes, of course you can clean it relatively easily, but some stains don't come out. Trust me, it's not worth using the pretty white and black colors to color in. When I received it, some of the female parts for the hex bolts were missing. As if the body had completely disappeared or was broken and crushed. I didn't want to mess around with a replacement because of the same problem, so I left it out. This problem got really annoying after a while. My back isn't straight and I can't lean back. The seat back is not adjustable. An adjustment that could be made is almost non-existent. The skin begins to tear. (No stars lost for that, it's just an old chair now) If you want something that looks good in the office and sits in it a few hours a day max, then maybe, then of course this is a great chair. If you sit at the table many hours a day, several days a week, you're going for something decent.
