Two stars because it means "don't like", which is an accurate rating. The taste of vanilla beans is strongly reminiscent of artificial sweeteners. I've tried mixing it with water, almond milk, vanilla almond milk, almond milk with a pinch of salt, unsweetened almond milk with honey and I just can't get rid of that aspartame taste. The label says fructose (oh, and stevia) but damn it tastes bad. Maybe next time I'll try a different flavor or go back to my Trader Joe's Soy Protein and Multivitamin. The last time I made raw vanilla beans, I blended them in a food processor with kale, blueberries, strawberries, apple juice, honey, and some almond milk. After all that, I could still taste the artificial sweetener. I'm sure it's not there, but it tastes like something.
