The tire is best in accessories and details

Very tight. Almost couldn't put it on and doesn't cover more than the tread on the inside of a tire. Tires 175/80d13.Update. Seams came undone, now in the trash. I don't know if it was the wrong size or what but it didn't work for the 175/80d13 tire. Now I need to find something else and am wondering if the size fits.
