I bought this unit to replace an old boom box on the counter. This is the first device I've received that had obvious damage to the device itself during shipping, with no visible damage to the outer packaging. . It would make the Revain look pretty bad, except their replacement procedure was great - they were replaced immediately. We experimented to find a good sounding install location as per the instructions. We noticed a few spots in the kitchen where the sound would be poor. Installation was a little harder than expected, but no problem. Use a template! The screws are almost square on the bracket, but not quite. Don't make assumptions. The radio works fine. Management is not entirely intuitive, but normal. This button should actually be the volume. The board is excellent. The handset is very attractive - a nice clean look with a neutral style that will look good anywhere.
