Bought for my special needs grandson who still likes to chew despite the normal stage of teething being behind us. He loves to chew on anything (including cardboard, to our dismay). So we bought different teething toys and every now and then he seems to like this one. He usually has a green part of the stem in his mouth with a lemon hanging from it. I think he likes to feel it in his hands too. As far as cleaning goes, it's not that difficult to clean, but the inside needs a little more attention in the cleaning process.
