Great picture, cool features
This VCR delivers excellent picture sharpness and clarity. The RW/FF speed is also great. My favorite feature was a total surprise: the VCR reads the sub-channel information and even displays the name of the current program on screen during commercials on many channels! However, programming and timer recording leave a lot to be desired. It is not possible to record a program more than once (ie every day, once a week). In my area the VCRPlus channels don't match what the VCR thinks and manual matching of the VCR channel to the actual channel is required.
