I finally got a chance to try the Gas Saver/Wedge 3/32 (2.4mm) Collet for the CK Stubby Set. I liked it so much that I immediately wanted to buy a set for the sizes 1.6 mm and 0.040 mm. Only use this size on thinner metal. I'm buying this set to try it out. Actually works quite well. The only thing I sometimes notice when I insert a new tungsten is that it doesn't bite all the way. Reason for further observation: when changing the tungsten, the collet moves into some position or gets stuck when working with the Tig -Torch. , the collet snags, loosen the rear handle and shake, move the collet and re-tighten the tungsten. I've tried it with different lenses from Stubby Gas, CK or other brands. They probably cut it that way. The angle is much steeper. This only happens on the shortest tungsten. Otherwise the same properties as the gas wedge collet CK. Much better gas flow. Comparison only for size 3/32. Photos, CK on the left, this set on the right
