I used this for a recent party at my house, it was a fun addition to the dessert menu. I melted the chocolate in the smaller of the two bowls in the microwave according to the instructions and heated the chocolate fondue with the included tealight. I liked that the bowl stays in place due to the interlocking design of the small and large bowls and I liked that the chocolate holds its temperature quite well. However, the bowl is a bit small and only comes with (2) chopsticks. In general I am satisfied with the quality and functionality of the product.
