I Love this item.I’m a 5-4 200 lbs with a medium size belly. First I bought the L size and it did fit snugly. It felt really good and end up wearing it 24 hrs a day it makes my upper body feels tight and good. Then I decided to try the medium size and I ordered. It feels even better than the large size. A little tighter but it feels good. Now I wear it like an under shirt 24 hrs a day. I just ordered a third one just to have extra ones in case I don’t have time to do laundry 🧺
