Very comfortable. Once you loose inches I recommend downsizing. After a month it no longer fitted as snug. Can become smelly or unhygienic if not cleaned frequently!

Looks good and does what it is supposed to do, but no being able to wash in washing machine is a let down and will impact the usability. Unsure if I would purchase again.

I mean the product looks like its good quality but unfortunately for me, they sent me the wrong size. I received a M when I ordered an XL. I had to give it away since I had no use for it. Don't know if I should order again and have the risk of receiving the wrong size once again , but the best does look comfortable

This vest is in good quality and has good effect on perspiration. I love wearing it whenever I am doing exercises. May not be effective at reducing belly fat in all cases!

I wear adult L shirts and since this didn't fit I returned it. I bought a different brand at the same time and it fit so that's the one I kept

I ordered this product for my husband as a gift to jump start his weight loss journey. He's about 5' 9" and weighs about 265 lbs. I was a little concerned because he has a fairly large stomach that sits high(what we typically call a "beer belly"). I decided to go with the largest size and it FITS! Not only does it fit but it pulls all the way over his belly. Very pleased. Hope this helps with trying to decide on size.

I Love this item.I’m a 5-4 200 lbs with a medium size belly. First I bought the L size and it did fit snugly. It felt really good and end up wearing it 24 hrs a day it makes my upper body feels tight and good. Then I decided to try the medium size and I ordered. It feels even better than the large size. A little tighter but it feels good. Now I wear it like an under shirt 24 hrs a day. I just ordered a third one just to have extra ones in case I don’t have time to do laundry 🧺

First couple weeks, this thing was perfect. Now, when I put it on it is very baggy, the material has stretched out unfortunately and doesn't fit tight like it used to. My body has remained relatively the same in terms of physical size (change in fat and muscle, but overall same shape).

My husband is 5’11 weighing 180lbs. It fits but he says he wishes it was longer. We hang it up inside out after he uses it and it doesn’t stink or anything so I’m happy about that. I’m assuming like any sauna suit, after he uses it he needs help taking it off lol

It was too big I followed the size guide and got an XL, a large would be much better because it does stretch. Excellent quality though. Contacted seller and they were really awesome and I will be getting my xl swapped out for a large with no problems. Highly recommend. I would suggest getting it a size smaller if you want it to be snug and not shifting around when you are working out
