I liked that it was easy to use for my recruiting needs; however there were limited features/tools available compared with other programs like TalentPulse or Indeed which are better suited towards sourcing job seekers than hiring managers looking at candidates in bulk (multiple applicants). It's pretty good software but definitely could be improved upon - maybe add some video tutorials? Also would appreciate if you can have an option where recruiters don't need access to candidate data before they start interviewing them - not sure why this is required otherwise! Having worked as both recruiter & manager previously so using the program primarily for recruitment purposes only.
