I was very excited about the product and I was shocked at the temperature accuracy! It was a great must have item that put my mind at rest while bathing. Received mid-September. I used it 2-3 times a week, then the battery died in mid-November. The screws are so tiny I couldn't find a screwdriver small enough to pry them open. After a month of searching for a tiny screwdriver, open it and find rust inside the device. Hoping for the best, I cleaned up and figured I'd use it for a quick temporary review in the future. At first I couldn't get it to work, then it would turn on but wouldn't turn off. Who knows, it looks like it's broken. Great idea, did something. It's not sealed well enough to leave it in the bath, at least I think so. If you decide to use it, use it and once you get a temperature reading, take it off immediately and let it dry. Maybe it will last longer and you'll have better luck. It worked, but the design needs some tweaking.
