The ability to have all our tickets available in one place, which makes it easy to search through them at any time we need during an emergency or when looking up something specific later. I wish there were more options with filters that allowed us to narrow down what type/class of ticket was being viewed so as not to make other users scroll too much. If you are trying to find a way to manage multiple types of issues within the same system then this tool will be very helpful. We use it primarily for incident management but also do some helpdesk support from it now.
