Very Easy To Use And Convenient Way Of Tracking Issues

The most helpful thing about Pythias product is that you can use it as an add-on to any existing ticketing system like zendesk, supportit or waffle etc. It's very easy to setup and configure in just few mins. You need not spend time to learn all its features because they have got everything under one hood. I would say there are no downsides with this software but if you want to try out some new things then go ahead otherwise stick to what you already know. We used to track our tickets using…

Most preferred support software as of now!

The best thing about this software are its various features like ticketing, chat bot etc., which help in resolving customer queries at ease & quickly without any hassle or delay! Nothing to dislike here as such but if you wish some additional feature then it would be better that they should add more new ones too so we can have all things under single roof!! Great customer service and quick turnaround

The ability to have all our tickets available in one place, which makes it easy to search through them at any time we need during an emergency or when looking up something specific later. I wish there were more options with filters that allowed us to narrow down what type/class of ticket was being viewed so as not to make other users scroll too much. If you are trying to find a way to manage multiple types of issues within the same system then this tool will be very helpful. We use it primarily
