The most helpful thing about Pythias product is that you can use it as an add-on to any existing ticketing system like zendesk, supportit or waffle etc. It's very easy to setup and configure in just few mins. You need not spend time to learn all its features because they have got everything under one hood. I would say there are no downsides with this software but if you want to try out some new things then go ahead otherwise stick to what you already know. We used to track our tickets using supportit before we started working with pythia. Now we don't face issues while tracking tickets since pythia has helped us to do so.
