Most preferred support software as of now!

The best thing about this software are its various features like ticketing, chat bot etc., which help in resolving customer queries at ease & quickly without any hassle or delay! Nothing to dislike here as such but if you wish some additional feature then it would be better that they should add more new ones too so we can have all things under single roof!! I am able solve my tickets by using only pythias services now instead i used python script previously with huge efforts taken from me when solving issues through them before!!
