Review on ☕️ Efficient and Neat 4-Tier Coffee Pod Storage Drawer Organizer for 72 K Cup Pods (Black) by Everie by Ricardo Malhotra

The product works but arrived without a divider for one of the 4 boxes. When I opened the box, some of the plastic dividers slid out of the packaging. I started assembling the drawers and found that they wouldn't fit the way I arranged them as the edge was bent up to separate the rows of cups. I looked at the dividers and saw the outer edge, which was wider. I've been looking for instructions. There was information on other products the company makes/sells in addition to the instructions for those products. So I flipped the dividers over and started inserting them, 2 in each drawer, flat side up. They fit into grooves. I realized that there is NO divider. My husband and I checked everything around us. Turns out there are only 7 dividers in my kit. Did I buy a used or previously returned package? I don't know what to do. I have been waiting for this product and now I understand that it fits well in my space but is incomplete. It's also NOT metal like I expected and the drawers don't slide easily. I'm a cautious shopper and a retired Family and Consumer Studies teacher. I'm tired of defective or incomplete products that need to be repaired or repaired. How tedious is it to shop and then return the goods. What's the alternative? What quality control system does Revain use to deliver complete and cost-effective products? Thank you!
