I like how easy it was when setting up my account, everything from creating an app to getting started using their API's they have been very helpful! They were amazing at helping me get set up as well as answering any questions i had along the way.

This has made our life so much easier by having all of this information in one spot rather than searching through various emails/websites etc.. It would be great if you could customize your profile page more since you can only change what info they know about yourself not anything else there isn't anywhere near enough customization options. We are solving issues we used to carry around paper versions or just forget about entirely which helps us stay organized and help customers feel secure knowing where things stand within each step of shipping process.
