I was very happy to receive this product for my daughter who loves to sing and perform. The instructions are absolute nonsense. Can't figure out what to do. Once the microphone is charged and turned on, voice commands cannot be understood. It's probably English, but I have no idea what the woman is saying. I was able to connect it to my device but it doesn't work. Echo is terrible. The volume is either very loud or off, although there's a slide knob to adjust it. This is a really disappointing product that could have been a lot of fun for kids and families.
