You get what you pay for.

Easy to assemble but flimsy to assemble, definitely plastic, when I start moving it it just falls apart because the connectors you give to connect the poles are not airtight. I could use tape to wrap the ends and it would be tight but why wouldn't I? Dog whistle is a joke. The sticks provided to get your dog walking are so short my dog is almost taller than them. I would stay away from it, maybe spend more money to build something better and not so cheap.
