Finally a handy way to hold the camera! I live and work in the Grand Canyon, often hike 10-20 miles and would like to be able to take photos when the opportunity arises. I gave up carrying the camera around my neck, the weight of a full-frame camera became too heavy to bear, while the strap chafed my sweaty neck. Now I clip my camera to my backpack strap and the neck strap isn't even visible. I started just leaving the camera in my backpack, which resulted in me missing quite a few shots, especially wild animals that wouldn't wait for me to take my backpack off and get the camera out. Without this product, I would have missed the photos of a baby rattlesnake basking in the sun along the trail, let alone the spontaneous shots that naturally arise. Not a big MINUS to mention, just a small addictive unlock. It's difficult to get your thumbs behind the camera to turn the knob, but that doesn't interfere in any way.
