The best thing about what time do i work, its ability to track multiple schedules for different employees in one place which makes life easier when organizing vacations etc.. Also it's user friendly interface makes things easy! I have been using this software since last 5 years and till now there has not come anything wrong with my experience by them or their customer support team. Great product! Nothing really bad as far as our perspective of service satisfaction goes but they can improve few functions like adding filters so we get results more faster. Automation of vacation schedule management & tracking vacation hours spent from various sources such as emails/phone calls /documentations. I like how easy it was to get set up, they have all of my employees' info already in place so there's no need for me or them having access/inputs from scratch! It also helps keep track with payroll as well which makes things easier when submitting paychecks at tax time too!! Nothing really but this software has made our jobs much more efficient by taking some tasks off us completely (scheduling).
