I'm getting older and need to reduce calories. A few months ago I decided to drink a protein shake every day. I'm always looking for healthy foods to add to my recipe book - fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts. However, I am allergic to most nuts, but ironically not peanuts. So sometimes I like protein drink mocha with peanuts or cherry, peanut, chocolate. Problem: Most peanut powders don't contain enough protein to be used as a meal. I'm also lactose intolerant, but drink lactose-free milk. I don't digest yogurt very well. Therefore, my protein powder needs to be high in protein. This peanut powder hits the spot.
