Exactly what I was looking for

I'm getting older and need to reduce calories. A few months ago I decided to drink a protein shake every day. I'm always looking for healthy foods to add to my recipe book - fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts. However, I am allergic to most nuts, but ironically not peanuts. So sometimes I like protein drink mocha with peanuts or cherry, peanut, chocolate. Problem: Most peanut powders don't contain enough protein to be used as a meal. I'm also lactose intolerant, but drink lactose-free milk. Iโ€ฆ

Pea powder, shut up.

I like to use peanut butter powder as a substitute for protein powder. It doesn't have an unpleasant taste like some protein powders. I bought this because it has no sugar. The package says "Peanut Protein". That's a lie. It tastes bad because it ALSO contains pea powder. It's more than that, just powdered peas mixed with peanuts so they can claim it's powdered peanut butter. It tastes like any other non-whey protein powder. It's very banal and annoying. I add 2 large spoons of oatmeal. It wasโ€ฆ

Tasty but lots of peanut protein

Great taste. I make morning smoothies with tons of veggies and sometimes green powder. How to drink freshly cut grass. I found this in a discount store but never locally. Even Whole Foods 365 had no idea: peanut powder? BUT I downgraded for one reason: extra pea protein isn't good for me. For the first time in many years, I have mild constipation. The ONLY change to my food is this powder. It's not far either! So when I order I get the version without the pea protein. I used to use pea proteinโ€ฆ
