How to find your perfect size

I love the style but the size didn't fit. It's hard to tell which is the right size. Can't tell the actual size. I forgot which one I ordered but it doesn't show what size I received from my purchase history. I checked the real shoes to see the size and the size is different, it says 36, I don't know what it converts to from the size list.
