I have a good coffee machine, but I always want better. I wanted a big mouth-watering foam, just like it is drawn on the CREMIO packaging. In the bottom line: a strange machine has been purchased, the maximum possibility of which is limited to heating a cup of milk. I plan to take it back to the store. Absolutely NOT recommended! Pros below: Beautiful appearance. Virtually silent operation. Heats up milk quickly. Different cons: We DO NOT beat the foam from the word ABSOLUTELY. I tried whipping milk without lactose, fat content 3.8%, regular milk, fat content 3.9%, coffee creamer, fat content 12%. The result is the same: NONE. No foam at all! The purpose of the CREMIO unit has remained unsolved.
