It has helped us to understand our customers better by collecting data from multiple channels like social media, website reviews etc.It helps in analyzing customer behavior which is very helpful for marketing campaigns. It also provides insights into product usage across various devices so as to deliver relevant content to your consumers. I dislike that it does not integrate with other applications such as Salesforce or Marketo but we are working hard to develop one. Also there isn't much customization option. We have used this tool since last few years but had no idea how to use it effectively. With adTelligence's help we were able to identify new business opportunities and create more personalized experiences for our existing customers.
