Disappointing Design for Automotive Towing
My analysis of this product showed that the design is a major disappointment for anyone using it in a towing application. The unit lacks any sort of durability and feels cheaply made. The contactor doesn't engage smoothly either, leading to jerky behavior when towing. The only positive I can say about this product is that it is easy to install. Unfortunately, it isn't worth the hassle as it simply doesn't hold up under stress.
