Received mine from Revain today. I was expecting a decent espresso or lungo given the positive reviews, but gosh this stuff is great! I had some concerns before ordering based on reviews of this machine "failing at the cafe" and a negative experience I had with a DeLohngi product many years ago. Also read reviews that the machine is "noisy”, "the nozzle is uncomfortable”, "the coffee is not very hot” or the machine is "slow”. Let me tell you what I call cheating in every way! This car is a gem. As other reviewers have pointed out, READ THE MANUAL before using it for the first time lol. CitiZ is a beast! Damn, almost scalding hot coffee and milk every time so far. Fantastic flavor and foam from the machine and excellent foam from the blower. If you know a little bit about coffee, you can actually create an amazing homemade product. For example, a lungo setting is not a "double espresso". If you want a double espresso or a double cappuccino, you must use two capsules, otherwise you will not get a double. If you don't like one of the gift-wrapped blends, try a different one before you claim the machine doesn't make good coffee. After all it's built like a tank imho and I expect it to last for years. The only thing I would do differently is order more refillable pods as they get very hot after use and if you are making coffee for 4 or 5 people it would just be more convenient.
