Trekking poles are very light and comfortable as they are folded and come in a case for easy storage. However, when using the trekking poles for the first time, one pole did not lock tightly due to the extra space above the button that snaps to lock the pole. This was only an issue with one of the two bars and as a result one of my bars isn't as strong. I contacted customer service hoping they would fix the problem or provide a replacement under warranty. TO UPDATE. Friendly customer service was responsive and provided a replacement bar as my original bar broke. Excellent trekking poles, definitely recommend!
