This company sold me a defective cartridge for $100 and only refunded me $20.
I planned ahead and ordered this cartridge in October. I installed it in February and it was very low on ink. Our printer kept telling us to reorder ink and we just spent over $100 on a new cartridge. I have contacted the company. They agreed the cartridge was defective and asked us to ship it back to them. I did so and they gave us $20 as a "goodwill refund". That sucks. This company sucks. Don't do business with them.
