I almost forgot about this product as I threw it away a long time ago. It arrived quickly and sounded very good. For several months. The problem (and it shares this with many electronic devices) is the USB charging port. The USB connection is weak. Very thin. Soon I had to "wiggle" the cable to replace it and then it would work without any tricks. People complain when the device doesn't have a USB port but has a 5.5mm charger/power adapter. but at least they're bulletproof.
