All of your needs covered by one platform

I'm pretty happy to use all the AI functions for the support service, but especially: -The integration with Salesforce-The data warehouse function, where I can load data from various services so I can provide better assistance to customers. I wish I could do it all with self-service. I would like an assistant to read through my messages in the system to find possible answers. The integration with my CRM and the data warehouses. The ability to create a custom report and the ability to send the report to a third-party system. I wish there was a way to export the report to a file. I use Wysdom to create reports on a daily basis. The reports are a great way to keep up to date and see trends in our business. I also use Wysdom to send reports to our third-party system.

  • Reporting feature helps me generate customized views by dragging columns around; this part really does make things easier when dealing customer case management.; It's intuitive! In addition , their documentation has been extremely helpful as well
