This durable shoe is different from other shoes I've bought before. Spend a little more and it will last longer. It's also difficult to find dog shoes that stay in place. Velcro is always better. It's also difficult to find dog shoes that fit my medium sized dog. A lot of shoes are too small and I keep sending them back even though the sizes should match this shoe. My dog is a 30lb Cockapoo and I'm a size 4. I returned a size 5, too big and she tripped at times. Even if it's warm here in San Diego, I want her to wear shoes because of the heat. Pavement and sometimes glass on the streets. She's allergic to weed so maybe that helps because I don't know if she's allergic to weed too. She only walked weird when we were in the house, but when we got out she was fine and walked in those shoes too.
