The quality is so bad that you can't use it.
The razor is thin and doesn't last long enough to be useful. The adhesive that attaches the felt to the applicator will seep through the felt when pressed, leaving streaks on the vinyl. You have to clean it with a detergent to remove it. Because of this, the project takes twice as long, so I just stopped using it.
