They are ideal for their purpose.
Small RJ11 sockets are sometimes required for corded telephones to extend telephone cables. These are perfect for this purpose. I always advise you to handle them with care as it is easy to bend one or more wires on the socket rendering the connection inoperable. I was able to bend them back into place, but it's easier to just swap them out. Yes I know I shouldn't have bought this corded phone but it works.
