I've never heard of lupine as a protein source, but it looks pretty good. The best part is the great berry flavor and the supposedly superior ingredients. This mix is not ready to eat as it requires a sweetener to make it palatable. I mixed some stevia extract with almond milk and it was delicious. I think you can mix this with banana and pineapple for an amazing smoothie. Another downside is that it takes 6 tablespoons for one serving, which seems like a lot. I added 2.5 heaped 10 ounce scoops but I don't think I got the same amount of protein as I did with the other blends. Also, you need to put it in a ziplock or other container to store it after opening because the package has no ziplock. I like the product but it could be improved.
