The best feature is that it allows you have multiple accounts for different companies so no need to login in each time if your working from home or at another location this makes things easier when sending out files! You can also send email attachments through there system as well which we love because sometimes other services don't allow us too do those types of tasks anymore due to security issues etc.. Sometimes i wish they would add more features but overall I think their customer service team are very helpful and will help guide you along any way possible. We use them everyday just like our office staff does now without having to worry about logging into emails online all day long when using remote access.
