They are not perfect
Honest evaluation. You can't fill them completely, it's impossible. The best way to fill them in is to make sure you fill them in without bubbles or spaces. If you don't move the dropper while filling, you won't be happy and it will get dirty. DO NOT FILL TO THE TOP, you should leave about 1/3 of the gap. Use the stick to move the product and fill the gap.
