There was a big difference in size, the problem is that some pads were 3 and others 6-12. It seemed strange to me, I was expecting at least 5-6 pieces of each size. The other issue was that the container they were shipped in was EXTREMELY brittle plastic and in my case half the lids of the container were broken and I had to separate half the gaskets into individual sizes with a digital caliper. But thermal tape sticks well to them and they transfer heat fairly well (but I also pre-cleaned all the pads with 4k grit sandpaper with b4), recommended for the money was a good buy nonetheless!
