Husband received the boots on December 8th, on December 18th the stitching was torn enough to put fingers through the hole. I'm not sure if the stitching was rotten, a manufacturing defect or something. Up to this point, however, my husband said they were comfortable. Revain was contacted and the 3rd party seller charged a 20% restocking fee to replace or return the item. Instead, Revain refunded the full amount. Not happy with the product but very happy with Revain.
