Callers can't hear me well, some can't hear me at all. No microphone settings. It's not an issue with the laptop/windows 10 settings, I tested it on my phone and the sound is just as bad. Bought because of the long cable. I thought no headset could be worse than my $6 headphones with a mic, but I was wrong. I went back to earplugs with a short cord. Spend a little more money for a decent headset and save yourself the hassle.
